Agent Manager - Job Description

This is a commission based position on the team for experienced music booking agent and managers looking to advance thier career and professionalism and work as part of an international management team. We are able to provide you with the tools and business infrastructor to be a successful international agent manager and event producer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solicit, pitch, and follow up with live music buyers, promoters, and venues
• Create, schedule, and monitor multiple email marketing campaigns
• Create and develop domestic and international event productions and tours
• Create tour itineraries and coordinate and track personnel travel logistics
• Work with our lawyers to facilitate international work permits visas
• Create and manage multiple tour budgets at once
• Manage and collect the required tax forms
• Work with bookkeeping and track deposits and final payments
• Create, manage, coordinate contracts for signing
• Disseminating pertinent information to publicists, booking agents, publishers, labels, promoters, etc.
• Day-to-day production administration and tour advancement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-Secondary Education
• 2 yrs Related work experience
• Knowledge of the performing arts and music industry
• Savvy communications and research skills
• Adequate knowledge of Word, Excel, CRM software, etc. with the ability to quickly learn new software
• French, Spanish, German, Portuguese language skills would an asset

• Able to work Independently with minimal supervisor while meeting goals and deadlines
• Able to flourish in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
